SaudaNama Does Not Ship

SaudaNama does not provide shipping, courier, warehousing or product delivery services in Phase 1.

Business / Seller Responsibility

  • The respective business is responsible for deciding whether and how it ships products.
  • The business is responsible for courier selection, dispatch, packaging, delivery coordination and delivery terms.
  • The business should communicate its shipping charges and estimated delivery terms directly to the customer.

Customer and Seller Transaction

A customer who chooses to purchase a product does so directly with the relevant business/seller. SaudaNama's role in Phase 1 is to provide discovery, information and lead/enquiry connectivity.
