1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SaudaNama (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, business owners, and enterprise API consumers.

2. Platform Purpose

SaudaNama provides a business trust and verification directory. The Platform allows businesses to submit verification evidence and receive an independent Trust Score based on government records, identity verification, and physical presence audits. The Platform is informational — verification signals are cross-checks, not guarantees of business performance or financial integrity.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listing & Verification

• You must only submit information for businesses you are authorized to represent.
• All submitted documents must be genuine, unaltered, and legally obtained.
• Submitting false or forged documents is a violation of Indian law and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities.
• Verification fees are non-refundable once verification has commenced, except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• SaudaNama reserves the right to reject any listing that does not meet verification standards or that violates our content policies.

5. Verification Disclaimer

Verification signals on SaudaNama represent a cross-check of government records and submitted evidence at the time of verification. They are not a guarantee of a business's ongoing financial health, product quality, or future performance. Buyers should exercise their own due diligence before making purchase or partnership decisions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading business information.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Scrape or bulk-extract data from the Platform without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent Platform security.
• Use the Platform to spam or harass other users.
• Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, logos, and software are the intellectual property of SaudaNama and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Enterprise API

Enterprise API access is subject to additional API Terms of Service provided at the time of key issuance. API keys must not be shared, published, or embedded in client-side code. Excessive use or misuse of the API may result in key revocation without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

SaudaNama is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on verification results, business interactions facilitated through the Platform, or any Platform downtime. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with 7 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
