Seller Can List
- Businesses can list their business on SaudaNama for ₹49/year.
- Businesses can showcase products/services they deal in.
- Businesses can receive customer enquiries generated through SaudaNama.
- Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their business, product and service information.
Seller Obligations
- Provide truthful business information.
- Maintain applicable registrations/licences and legal compliance.
- Provide accurate product/service information and commercial terms.
- Respond to customer enquiries appropriately.
- Clearly communicate product price, shipping, return, warranty and guarantee terms where applicable.
- Do not list prohibited, counterfeit, fraudulent or unlawful products/services.
No Seller Payment Collection by SaudaNama
SaudaNama does not collect the seller's product-sale payment from the customer in Phase 1. Product payment arrangements are directly between customer and seller.
₹49 Listing Fee
The ₹49 fee is for one year of SaudaNama listing/platform presence and is separate from all seller product revenue.
